Description |
Rectangular sign made by hand for the Women's March. Sign is made from PVC pipes, plastic zip ties, and a large rectangular piece of plastic canvas material. The front of the sign says "Colorado Springs" across the top register in bold, solid, black, handpainted bubble-style lettering. In the lower register of the rectangular canvas material are the words, "Phenomenal Women!" in very bright, rainbow colors in the same hand painted lettering outlined in black for contrast. The colors used for the lettering are bright orange, dark blue, bright cerulean blue, vivid purple, and lime green. The bottom proper left hand corner is signed, "Marsha Garret and Crew" in black sharpie in cursive handwritting. The rectangular plastic canvas material is attached on each end to two pieces of PVC pipe through metal eyelets with 4 plastic zip ties so that it may be carried. There are also three sided rectangular holes cut throughout the canvas to make it more aerodynamic. |
