The deed is between the Colorado Springs Company and Flora Cameron, who paid 400 dollars for the south half of lot fifteen in block number 142 in Colorado Springs, now 618 N. Corona. The deed states that if intoxicating liquors are manufactured, sold, or otherwise disposed of on the property then the deed will become null and void. Another condition of the deed is that the owners shall never present any claims for damages done by any irrigating canal which may pass through the property. |
